I used to think they could but I went to the beginning of the story and it said omegas get pregnant with alphas only
I had read that (Sry can't remember exactly where it is) They can but the chance of getting pregnant is not as much as like alpha and beta ;-) Omega(G or B both pregnant) Beta(Ordinary person cause they don't have heat cycle.only female can pregnant)
