At the begining feng and yi were fighting over Rourou since theyve accident put (I think) 2 sperms into the baby, so both of them became rourou's father. The kid right now was the aunt's kid, whom (I think) stole yi yun's sperm thinking it was Feng's sperm.
i've just checked something, I think it was only feng's sperm ended up sterlising the egg (since his genes are more dominant than yi yun's genes), I don't they've used 2 sperms. Either way it's quite confusing at the moment but it would make more sense in the next chapter

As far as I know, seggs is okay during early stages of pregnancy. As long as the doctor doesn’t prohibit the couple from doing so and the pregnancy isn’t sensitive it’s completely fine. Idk if that’s the case during the late stages tho but couples probably won’t be doing it anyways because it’s pretty hard to move with the big belly.
Oh and I've heard that if the baby is still not born past the due date, doctors recommend seggs to induce contractions
