Yuh but his “adult” version is still miles too young mentally compared to the mc, not to mention his lack of knowledge on a lot of things - like maybe for example he’s alive for 4 years and he ages as fast as someone who is turning 21 but still he still has 4 years of life experience if that makes sense

And th author writes him as someone who is naive, showing that although he’s fast at absorbing knowledge he still lacks in experience which although he’s physically older it proves he’s still young - they just made him horny and gave him an adult body

I think yes, he is young in human terms so it makes sense that he is still naive, but mainly it is because it was said he has been sheltered and pampered so far. But being naive happens too to any young adult that has been spoiled and overprotected, regardless if they have 18 years old, they will not have experience in life. So I guess that's part of the plot here, like how he will start learning stuff, how he wants to get a job, learn from people outside his close ones, behave more mature etc
