It's a long story but I'll try my best to summarize it.
It's about a 28 year old janitor who can see relationship roles and status that are invisible to other people. But they're only related to BL (love interest, love rival, secret crush, seme, uke etc.).
Just like the MC here, janitor basically observes and comments about the relationship of the people working in the company he is working at.
He was peaceful with his everyday work life.... Until the day he saw the sign love rival on top of his head. Now he must look for the couple who's trying to make him a part of their drama and put a stop to it.

Yep, the officials are only going to come out in October, since they translate by the volume, so right now we are reading unofficial translation of the chapters as they come out in Japan.
