The guy told him he was bothering Al cause Al was busy and for some reason he just accepted it.
Zen is too sensitive to commands and plays, Al has a very strong glare as a dom. After realising that Al is holding himself back for not to hurt Zen, he tried to understand his own insticts and wanted to get used to plays just for Al's sake. So there is no need to feel bad for Al :D
