definitely a borderline flawless first season for a manhwa, the plot, concepts, art + a very satisfying cliffhanger ending that adds to the lore and makes you wanna read more. loved the development of each character and how they all have different personalities, how they all gradually formed their friendships and ultimately ended up debuting together. I can easily admit I love every member of the group and I can't wait for the s2 officials to drop
one of the reasons I love this manhwa is because yeon isn't ur typical top right like the author goes against the cliché of the quiet pretty boy being the bottom. yeon a whole ass FREAK in bed and he really does embody the role of a giver, like this man is a TOP the switch up is insane lmfao I need him
it just breaks my heart each time I realize that the real sihyeon is truly gone. every interaction his group mates have with sihyeon they're actually having with hajin. every aspect of him they're trying to understand. every past mistake they're trying to make up for. sihyeon is receiving nothing because he's dead. he's no longer there with them anymore. and when he truly needed them to be there for him they weren't. he was failed by every single person around him when he was alive, and he suffered so much he still cries even in death. they believe he's healing and slowly becoming better, but they don't know that in reality he died a long time ago, and he'll never be given the opportunity to heal. these past couple of chapters really made my heart ache for the real sihyeon man
thoughts so far: I liked the concept of the story and I was definitely sucked in at the beginning. I still enjoy it now but not as much as I did. my fav is definitely zeich I love him he's such a puppy. love the father daughter/son daughter/found family trope they all love each other sm. not the biggest fan of riche x ian like I'm just not feeling it, also isn't riche technically mentally somewhere in her late 20s? she died when she was around 19, was transported back in time to when she was around 7, and now she's 16. so wouldn't she technically be 28 meanwhile ian is likeeee idfk maybe 18-19? I'm not messing with that at all. that shit always pmo when it comes to the time travel trope because the authors usually don't pay attention to the ages and it ends up being borderline illegal. also love theon. the plot is kinda random and all over the place
actually a good story that I wish I could get into more but man I just can't because of the translations. like they're not even bad it's just idk. might drop and wait for possible officials
oh wow I didn't even realize chapter 98 is the end and the mature version is only two chapters away, feels weirdly incomplete huhhhh
I'm literally so confused right now by the constant arguing in the comments. I dropped this in the past because I couldn't keep up with the updates, but from what I remember, and from reading through the comments, this manhwa doesn't encourage racism. yes, the author INCLUDES racism and the manhwa is quite heavily centered around it, but it's obviously portrayed as WRONG. the Estian kingdom uses stereotypical and racist terms to label Ishakan and his people, but from what I remember, the author only ever portrayed the Kurkans in a positive, superior light. The author is showing us, the readers, that the Estian kingdom's claims are false; the Kurkans are loyal, intelligent, reliable, complex, glorious, diverse and powerful. The art really does them justice, they're all divine. And might I add it is ISHAKAN who continuously saves the FL, not the other way around. also, I'm sorry but I just don't view their relationship as some sort of fetish. you're telling me a pale woman can't be with a strong man of color without people screaming "fetishization!!!"? all stories exist. a white couple is okay. a couple where both people are of color is okay. but when we get a white woman and a brown man suddenly there's an issue? I don't think that should cause an uproar. and again Ishakan is falsely labeled as beastly and animalistic or whatever but I'm pretty sure the author has shown him to be civil, controlled, respectable, brave, caring, compassionate etc. but any of my takes in this paragraph could be questionable atp I haven't read this in a long time I just remember loving the diversity
the comments are so fucking funny I love how everyone has decided to call him evil gay twink LMAO
bro s2 is gonna be FIRE there's so much plot potential I can't wait to see how it all unfolds
bro I remember dropping this ages ago before the officials dropped because the translation was shit and I couldn't get into it SO GLAD I CAME BACK THIS SHIT IS FIRE LIKEEEEE the cliffhanger actually made me crash out
my prediction at first was that seokhwa's already an adam but like a very advanced one??? but now I'm thinking he's actually the cure aka a thomas from the mazerunner moment, he's both immune and the cure that's why one of those adams called him "eve"

I mean I GUESS there's development? Huimin is capable of putting his foot down and putting Iheon in his place baby knows his worth, and Iheon no longer has a toxic obsession but...a cozy one? LMFAO it's in the title atp can't even complain and I mean honestly I'm not mad at the direction this story went in I was expecting way worse so I dropped it but I picked it back up
hope he catches them fucking one day and taeha looks at him and smirks
oh wow a lot of these comments are quite old I'll leave this fresh one. this was an intriguing read like it's a very...unique story. deep. can't believe the author sniped blondie twice I'm gonna miss him. the mother daughter relationship </3 overall my opinion is that I fr can't tell if the plot/ending makes perfect sense or if everything's all just a jumbled mess loosely strung together
