I get that, but he makes mistakes like that frequently. You would think after living for hundreds of years, he would know how to deal with his fear and anxiety and not make such mistakes when his life is on the line. If he keeps making such mistakes, why am I not allowed to critique him for it?
It’s extremely hard to control fear and anxiety, I think it would be easier to develop serious psychological issues over that period of time rather than becoming more collected. I know my psychological issues would get worse.
Vampires are cunning, intellectual individuals, whether they are half blood or pure blood. You can't tell me the author didn't purposefully make him so...dense for plot's sake. He blatantly ignores red flags, frequently gets into life or death situation and most of all, he is far too naive for his age.
U talk about vampires as if they’re real and there are set boarders in every vampire universe. In some stories vampires are even evil so u can’t just throw stuff around.
They're evil, but they're known to be smart. Come on, I get it you like this story, but let's not act as though this story is free from criticism. Just like how you're about to fawn over it, I can express my dislike for it, especially after I gave you examples of why I feel that way.
