The dynamic is a little toxic, it's not SUPER but He Tian can be quite manipulative of Little Mo. Not to the point were it's dangerous but at times it can go a bit too far, especially at the start of their relationship. And little Mo was borderline abusive but it was mainly in retaliation so it can lean on the side of tit-for-tat, but yes it does count as toxic!
