People's reaction for chapter 8 is just as I expected I knew Jaekyoung would be criticized for that, even though the whole thing is just a misunderstanding and the result of his inability to strike up a proper conversation (plus his impatience for seeing his hyung for the first time in ten years).
Jaekyoung is just born that way y'all. His rudeness/bluntness is just part of his personality and he even acknowledged it. It WILL get better, but we will have to be EXTRA PATIENT for that. (I can assure you his character development is AMAZING), and maybe you'll come to think that his bluntness at the beginning of the story is kind of cute

In the novel, Mujin was much more conflicted about Jaewoo's identity that he wanted to ruin him. He even brought his gang to destroy the new restaurant just the night before the opening. And Jaewoo's confession about his identity was much more impactful that it made Mujin cried a mess. Too bad those scene got removed.
