Babe, in the last timeline you/the real Juvelian CLEARLY hated his sister AND were just about convicted of ATTEMPTING TO MURDER HER. He has the right to take your life for that, especially when it’s a member of the royal family (even though he probably wasn’t even going to). In a regular family dynamic, avenging your loved ones is a thing within this kind of setting. However, in this timeline, no such hatred or accusations are going to occur. He would have no motive to kill you. Just don’t do anything you think might offend him into that point. Not to mention, all of her assessments of him is rumor based… However, I would like to clarify that I fucking love all of this. The story, the artwork, the social awkwardness (PS I’m pretty sure Max isn’t really an extrovert), and allllll of the misunderstandings ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

To be clear, I am chill with vampires and demons and hot immortal witches. My only problem with this story is that she acts as his guardian who watches him grow up. That dynamic leading into a romantic relationship just feels wrong. If the sexes were reversed, I’m certain it would be waaaaay less accepted. And I remember seeing somewhere a defense that within these mangas and stuff people usually mentally mature quicker. That doesn’t matter to me. Point is: SHE IS BASICALLY HIS MOM. Yes, we can all CLEARLY see and agree that she is a milf but she’s HIS milf

EDIT: Since everyone misunderstood me before: even if you’re fighting against a significantly stronger opponent, you still have a better chance with more people on your side. Although the maid didn’t feel pain, she could still be restrained. Not to mention, the priest thing was very confusing because of the translation
