I'm thinking that maybe Chowoon did love Dojun in one point but it seems to me that Dojun is kinda like a "trophy husband" to him. His a dominant omega and it's normal to have an outstanding alpha as a partner. Plus his parents constant pressure for him to be at the top, and that helps his mindset and behaviour to be someone who always settle for the best and being on top of others. He became obsess with this and started seeing Dojun to be the best to him so, he keeps wanting to have him.
