I agree that he shouldn’t be the ML, but I wouldn’t call him trash. I would say he just has very heavy trauma and doesn’t cope well at all. With their dynamic, i don’t think they should get together. However, he’s blinded by trauma and revenge so obviously he’s not gonna think clearly.
Also, even though they’ve technically lived like 70+ years, their mental ages haven’t really changed all that much. And seeing as he died young, and only lived a couple years in an adult body, he’s very immature. I’m not trying to excuse everything he’s done, just trying to find reason

That’s not what I mean, like they could have made her a guy to begin with they didn’t have to change her gender. I can see how it can add a plot point for like the main guy’s inner conflict or something, so it’s not like I won’t read it just because it’s not “a straight romance”.
