I know this manhwa when it came out but i just recently had the guts to fully read the series and dare i say i keep on rereading half of the chapters while waiting for updates, it's really THAT good y'kno. And i srsly don't want it to end yet.

I think your confused. 86 is the number of chapters uploaded including any authors notes.
You shouldn't look at that number on toonkor, it updates every time a chapter is loaded, it just makes a guess. Bj alex will end with chapter 83, it's certain because the author wrote it on her twitter last week. And today came out chapter 82 and the last page said that the next one is the finale of bj alex

Yeah, that's why I'm saying it. Omega verse has the gender thing but with the whole alpha and omega thing which parallels the role of the woman and the man's role in heterosexual sex. It ain't bad though, it gives the author a lot of different ways to go about it that we wouldn't usually see in manga nowadays.
