I mean woman are fundemetally weaker than men (￣∇￣") (Atleast that's what I have learned.)

Culture.
Most women are weaker due to cultural expectations. I.E- men are expected to protect and therefore get strong; while women are not to 'bulk up' as that is not delicate/feminine in most cultures.

Women's strongest muscles is the lower back due to the diffrence in center of gravity to males.

Women on average ARE physically weaker than men, especially when it comes to upper arm strength. Idk why people keep trying to deny simple biology. Do women need to be physically on par as men to be considered equal?

I don't know if it works like that, woman produce different hormones that's why they have for example more body fat and men produce a hormone that results in more muscle. That why most men are probably stronger than most woman

Both Men and Women produce testosterone and estrogen.
Estrogen is linked to higher fat deposits (often why prepubescent boys have 'baby fat'.
The testosterone hormone you are talking about spikes with higher exercise level (like weight training), which a male or female can engage in. But it's not always the case. Some people need Testosterone shots and some Estrogen Shot to keep thier body in balance ( feel free to look up why someone who is CIS would need those shots).

If we lived in a culture where women need to be strong, and men were expected to be thin and have no defining muscles- then women would be stronger.

I'm not saying most Men are not stronger in our current world. What I originally corrected you on was the fact you called it "fundamentally" just based on a hormone that you were to the understanding was only found in one gender and not the other.
More than just muscles go into strength. Your build, the nutrition you were given growing up, your exercise dedication, genetic complications. There are a lot of factors.
If you'd like to read up on a "Woman Worrior" tribes feel free to. Thier women are recorded to typically be larger than Male counterparts.

TL;DR
Yes, most men are stronger than most women. But there are way more factors that are put into account than a blanketed "You're female, so you're weak".

Ok so basically Saegye had an abusive background because of his dare status. Dares were demonized and saegye meeting with the director(who is also a dare) showed that it was going to get him killed because of governmental control. Moving to Jinsol, he also grew with an abusive dad who blamed everything on his kids, jinsol wanted to protect his sister and mother and tell them he loved them because he couldn’t before and devised a plan to steal Saegyes Dare status as Jinsol was a false, meaning he couldnt tell the truth. Jinsol eventually tricks Saegye into kissing him, trading their statuses and planning to kill his father with the new ability. Saegye still loves him and after finding out he was going to kill himself, he couldn’t do nothing. He then finds the president lady and stages international news about the existence of dares. The made it so that Han got his brother back, Jinsols sisters stalker was locked up, and the president lady getting her rightful position after the evil brother got in jail for pushing the idol. The all live great and I skipped a lot of the beautiful nuance but I hope this explained it a bit further
