I remember reading then when it had 40 chapters and decided to drop it. But every now and then I reread this just for the chaos and pain because why not. I'd also like to point out, it took then 8 years and 80 chapters to finally get a happy ending.. (8 is my favourite number lol)

I didn’t know comparing the amount of chapters is enough for redemption. Fact of the matter is that Haga still did many things against the seme’s will. If you actually read the last chapter the chapter, haga took advice from his friend and used his heat to seduce/pressure the seme. The sex was consensual as haga did ask him to do it with him. The only thing not consensual was how the seme wanted him to get pregnant. The seme lost control due to haga’s heat- however they both took contraceptives. Haga was just worried about he 10% chance of getting pregnant so it wasn’t that likely in the first place.
We’re not even talking about haga’s ability to love here. Just cause all the alpha’s he knew before tried to rape him doesn’t mean he can do the same thing to another? The writing is so bad I wanted to drop it so many times but I pulled through. Its an ok story with a lot of "wtf" moments. The ending with the main couple was good but whenever the side couple (Charles and Julien) were on screen it was just a pain to read
