Background music: ''You can have my ass''
Simon ''And then I'll give him my ass... I mean the ring!''
Then that ending happened and I just... urg. Looks like I'm going to have to wait until more chapters have been updated, because I don't think I can handle what comes next without having happy chapters directly after.
have you guys noticed that the vendor in ch 28 with the mustache who called Conor a racial slur, is the one who got killed by Simon's brother in ch 30? When Conor later woke up in ch 30 right in the beginning, Simon had just come back from somewhere (notice the dark shadow surrounding Simon?). I'm convinced Simon had been to his brother and asked him to take care of that vendor; especially when looking at the the chapters that take place in the future wherein Simon had asked his brother to hunt down Pete and several other people of that racist group.
Simon's been getting people killed for Conor for a long time.
It's interesting to think about, because Simon had told Conor, after the police had shown up in ch 29 that ''violence won't solve anything''. Ironically, it's Simon who's been using violence to solve problems.
Practice what you preach takes a backseat when it comes to protecting what you love, doesn't it, Simon?
Simon is a pretty scary dude when you think about it. He can smile in your face but plot your death inside his mind. And honestly, it makes me scared that this story won't have a happy ending (but god am I hoping against hope that it will)
Pete's torture scene was the most satisfying thing I've seen in my whole life.
I loved it.
I don't condone rape, but seeing Pete get raped was justice served well.
I don't condone violence, but seeing Pete get his nose broken and eye plucked out was a good sight to see.
I don't condone bad things, but when bad things happen to bad people, you won't hear me complain.
It's like seeing Hitler on fire and having large bucket of water at your disposal.
Even if I wasn't thirsty, I'd drink all of that until the last drop.

I hope the mangaka makes a continuation of them in their university lives.
...pretty please?
