I knew the story seemed too sweet to be true. The cover makes it seem like the MC is completely detached while the ML seems happy. No way this relationship wasn't going to be toxic

She really made him feel insecure about something he was born if and shouldn't have to change. Why even bother dating the guy if you're put off by how he looks (to others)
The way he was bothering the tattoo artists for a girl he barely knows, using his mom's card to get a tattoo he clearly can't afford on his own and pretending to be tough before dropping down on his knees and begging for the tattoo, made me want to gag. I wanted to SWALLOW my phone because of the secondhand embarrassement
