I feel like they’re being very detailed and trying to show each of the character’s backstories, but it’s way too complicated and “linear” like legit, I’ve noticed that as we move to chapters we had the main characters’ stories, and it continues on with other characters too right now.

The backstory was so short, and feeble like their actually love, and also the comparison to the cigarette too. It’s actually even more interesting when you think of how people smoke for the appeal of it, or when they just need a breath. A moment, and then done. Just like this relationship.
There’s such a limitless way they’ve made things inherently much deeper by having these panels sorted in this manner, and I appreciate it ┗( T﹏T )┛
