In terms of character development, we haven’t seen any, and I feel that ML is in the right for being all jumbled up, pissed, but also still, regretfully, in love.
FL on the other hand, is just being straight up abusive to this guy, hitting him with objects, traumatizing him for life, driving him to the point of insanity and self-harm. I don’t think that even if we get to realize how or what happened to make FL treat him like that, will change anything for me tbh.

As controversial as this may sound, she is a good character, though too kind hearted, She is often times associated with being “mentally approachable” aka. Having an open heart and sometimes easily read. This in particular gives her a huge disadvantage against a manipulative character like the ML.
But it also contributes to the fact that since she’s been pushed too far, it’s come to this point. Especially her brother, she cared enough to want to know of his well being. But he disrespected her yet again. No wonder he is a rat lmfao.

The fact that the duke just sits at a table alone without saying anything makes me inclined to believe that he’s most likely siding with the angels, and that they somehow communicate with him.
