Is bcos she's stupid and very self-centered. She won't listen to every one because she believes she is right. She is damned annoying & each of us know that she wouldn't be persuaded by words or reason until she experiences a very traumatic event herself. Reasoning won't work as it will only lessen your braincells. I think one strategy that would work with her is if Ruri tells her that they can't be together because it will give her mental illness. And in order to be able to be bestfriends for longer, they needed to meet other people so their energies can protect them, and they could see each other in a while. This would work because it means Asahi would think that Ruri isn't kidnapped and she's still her best friend. And because Asahi attaches great self importance to herself, she would think that Ruri is doing this for her own good. I think this strategy would work seeing Asahi's personality.

I mean it's up to you wether you want to follow my opinion or not. For me, the first two chaps are totally irrelevant. Wether or not you read it, won't rly affect the main story.
But they're quite relevant-- the first chapter literally introduces the next characters in another story, and is the catalyst for what happens ie Koga and Tatsu meet up and get together because of Minori. The second chapter (Umehara) is relevant in that it sets up who Minori has been thinking of all this time, and is the reason they get to meet-- the shop is shown on the TV series Umehara was a part of, which Souta sees.
It seems a lot of people either 1.) Don't care about the story universe and just want the main couple, or 2.) Dislike the fact that Minori was having sexual escapades with other people. Granted, Minori shouldn't have been assaulting customers in the first place without consent, but he's free to have sexual relations bearing in mind it's been 6 years since he was with Souta.
I liked the concept and their dynamic, fits each other perfectly. One is calm but not that cold (which is by the way, is scary coz he's quite cunning) and the other is a fiery-headed sub who just needs a lil bit of teasing and praise to calm.

Maybe some would disagree but this is my opinion. Physically Zay may not look like it. But girl her mental and willpower is really commendable. Think of the sacrifices that she made? In order to save the prince from dying, she has sacrificed her soul multiple times to change his fate to the point that the godess has intervened. She's so damned on-point with her destiny that she chose her man and turned his life around. She was so powerful that it even affected her twin sister, and that why i think the twin has also been given a crest. And since Aseph has a part of her in him, he can now control mana. Lol, she's like Aseph's personal empath.

There were things that im happy about and things I was pissed off, especially for some character develepment.
Emperor - At first I was pissed at him for having such a brash behavior, but what a turn around. He is really such a sweet and thoughtful guy. Haha! Now he just have to work on his communication issues with MC.
Empress - At first, I was "you rock" but then it plummeted down when she became sissy all of a sudden. Like wtf? Where the hell was your courage and wiseness at the first part?
Mia - I love how flippant she is, tho i wanted to slap her first in the beginning. Lol now I ship her with Terrier. They make a great couple! All bark no bite.
Blond dude - this one makes me so confucious. Lol. You dont know if he's an ally or enemy. I feel betrayed coz I was actually rooting for him and the mc at the beginning. Gahhh!(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
I agree!! But leana experienced some crazy sht tho. She never expected to experience all of that because she thought she was just a villainess, and probs she was too complacent and probs got too used to living like a noble
