Lf a manga I read a couple of years ago. The premise is that a city in japan randomly experienced a supernatural occurrence that caused everyone and everything within the city to experience a gravitational shift, resulting in everyone flying into the sky. It was a horror manga I think and I remember one of the subplots followed a pop star who got stuck on the underside of a highway or something after gravity flipped with one of her stalkers, and another subplot followed this guy in his house who needed to escape because the houses all started falling into the sky too due to poor quality/its own weight just weighing it down
