I understand you guys are saying it was rushed but the pacing was fine. It gaved us enough info lore and foreshadowing throughout the story. Gabe and Saliou have a good relationship with deeper connection than Gabe and Paulo. Shipping Gabe with his rapist too is a little crazy and with Gabe having no feeling for him either.
