yea I don't think a normal human would see a guy on a car and actually think vampires are real, since he's a detective he would want evidence so idk why he actin like this
The only explanation for him to get it so quickly is that he saw the two of them inside the car, one drinking blood and the other eating a soul. Not sure if he knows that de seme is a demon though, the detective referred to him as a monster
