firstly in the end we see hyesung did consent to staying with him and having a baby and all that. dojin did support him and gave him like whatever he wanted. mistakes happen and you should redeem yourself after that - like i dont mind if dojin goes to jail for like 5 years or something, he did apologize tho? treated hyesung (no hate on him, hes literally the best part of the manhwa) like a prince and got his mistake and then get consent to everything. the manhwa wouldve been sm better w/o the rape scene but cant we see the character development in the end instead of focusing on the first part where like 97% of them are assholes

Isn't it the same case everywhere???....even someone who is 25 can have different maturity than someone else who is 25......yeah mizuki is older than akari and have more life experience.....but that doesn't say anything.....as the original said their wasn't any manipulation, exploit or abuse coming from mizuki.....so it can't be count as grooming at all.....and what's wrong with a 16 year old and 26 year old being together when both know what they are going into, understand what it means and accept it???.....u don't need to be on the same level in order to be in a relationship
Not you defending this relationship with all of your might. Even the older guy said it himself that what he's doing is a crime. Do you understand what that means? Do you understand why a 26 years old dating a 16 years old is morally and even legally wrong? Also, it's true that the level of maturity is different for everyone despite their age, but seriously? You literally have here a highschool teenager vs a working adult. The differences are so much bigger, not just in maturity but in developmental stages and experience. If you read my reply properly, I didn't talk about grooming. Even if there is no grooming, there can still be a power imbalance literally caused by how far apart their age is.
Now I don't mind huge age gaps as long as both parties are adults. But that isn't the case here. I would've been fine if Akari was in college, but he isn't. He's in highschool, and not even in his senior year. I'm genuinely scared for your kids one day if you think this is okay. I hope that your perspective on this is different when it's reality.
