I don't know what is going to happen in the future but I'm sure they won't be in romantic relationship until they're older. ML should be atleast +18 or +19 because it's weird and I'm assuming the author knows as well. Σ(っ°Д °;)っ I'm hoping FL will struggle because she doesn't see him in that way. Atleast at first when the romance part begins. Pretty sure it's the ML that will catch feelings first and court her lmao.

Grooming is when someone builds a relationship, trust and emotional connection with a child or young person so they can manipulate, exploit and abuse them.
FL is genuinely raising the kid as his guardian with no bad intentions like that.
There is also so so many romance mangas with big age gaps. "Child brides sent to a god as a tribute" type "Immortal cultivators and 13 or 14 years old FL" types... and I've never seen people complain about age gaps this much. The FL isn't a human. And I'm pretty sure FL won't feel a inkling of romance until ML is grown up
