i dont wanna spoil but in the raws thats not the case. Trust me its the same person. Him having a twin wouldn’t really make sense. His explanation makes perfect sense as to why he “ghosted” the mc. And his boss deff has a hold over him, so he cant be seen running up to other men right in front of him (a mafia thing). Its true hes sly and mischievous, but he just likes to rile up the mc and make him flustered.
