honestly i have no idea what siwoo is feeling, cause even if we get his thoughts the most out of the two (i don't think we even get what is going on in dohyeok's head), siwoo is the hardest to understand. but from the way he is taking care of dohyeok unknowingly or keeps thinking of him, as the previous person mentioned, he might just be in denial. but dohyeok is like an open book, to everyone (us readers) except himself and of course, siwoo.
