I think Taehan is worried. Because he's finally grasping the whole "having a mate" situation. Marriage, having babies aka starting a family with the one you chose and chose you. Maybe he's worried that he's still too immature to give Doyun a proper life. He's probably losing confidence about a lot of things as in being a responsible adult, being enough for Doyun, being capable to give him a baby... He's probably wondering if he's not pregnant because he's not a proper alpha capable to impregnate the person he loves. I mean, Taehan has always been the serious one in the relationship. Since Doyun is a late bloomer he has always laugh off everything, unlike Taehan who thinks too much. I mean, Doyun is too immature about relationships. Unlike Taehan he probably thinks "this guy loves me, i love him, let's start a family. I'm okay with it." But Taehan is the one ACTUALLY thinking what all of that means.
I think season 3 will be all about the struggles of the overthinking Taehan, the laid back Doyun; that will make them re consider if they're actually a good match, and the fact that there's a high chance that they cannot conceive kids due to Doyun's particular constitution.
The way everybody is waiting for someone to come and save Yuji like you all don't even expect character development or for him to actually overcome this. You want a knight on a shinning armor to come rescue him? Lmao give this guy some credit. Plus, this manga is a bit more hardcore than your average shounen which is what makes it more attractive.
He's too weak rn to suddenly have some overwhelming power to defeat them, that'd be an ass pull. The only reason he defeated Mahito was because Geto was there to help. He couldn't even defeat Choso by himself, someone is going to have to come and save him OR he's going to be able to use sukuna's cursed technique.
