When he showed that picture that Lu Xuan sent him of Siwon naked, he doubted Siwon of falling for him and that was a pretty dick move in my opinion. He should know by now how much he means to Siwon. Jinha also doesn't take into account that Siwon is uncomfortable letting people know but that doesn't mean he loves him any less. They were doing fine having a secret relationship. If people reacted the same way with how Siwon was treated by those two goons, I wouldn't be ready to let people know either.
Siwon is to blame for not exactly telling Jinha. He doesn't get his point cross enough. When Jinha was asking them to break it off, Siwon should have held on. Even if it was difficult to be outed without consent, having someone to go through with it, especially the one you care for the most is a way better option. We know Siwon has feelings for Jinha but the problem is he needs to express it and clear things up. Sure falling for the trap Lu Xuan set up was stupid but he wants to hold onto Jinha even for a moment during this vulnerable state.

You vote non-guilty to the guy who kidnapped the 26 year old cause it was, and I quote you: "SIWON IS A VICTIM OF HIMSELF, HIS OWN STUPIDITY, HIS UNWILLINGNESS TO LISTEN SOMEONE HE COULD TRUST."
