Personally, if I fell for someone then I found out it was all a game, I would love bomb then dump or make it my life mission to be extra happy in their face
BUT THE MC WAS LIKE "i dOnT wAnT hIm tO gEt hURt" coz he actually loved him, I get it (ML was also dealing with his own stuff: murder/suicide, not an excuse but explanation) but also MC was only a TINY bit petty, AFTER they're in a healthy relationship now
The way he made us believe his "i love you" is "truth' because truths cant lie...i reread from the beginning after the reveal and it hurted me how many times he said "i love you" to mc....its so cruel. I think the most frustrating part of this is, i think jinsols sitution wasnt that bad and couldve had better solutions. Mc literally begged him many times but even after everything, mc was the one who had to fix MLs issues and chase after him....like, ugh no. I wish mc could have time to handle it and we explore it. The way jinsol got his perfect ending with his family by "using mc" is so annoying. I felt betrayed after the reveal. I cant imagine how mc felt.
Kana: "Most ppl won't think ure cute but *I* do"
Also kana: "I wonder why he thinks hes not cute?"
Like where Naho’s confidence started in the beginning on the manwha, he said “Kana is attractive, so if he calls me cute then that means I am cute” and so I believe Kana still thinks his reassurance is enough for Naho, but Naho grew up and became more self aware and realized that Kana’s perspective is not everyone’s.
The dad really pisses me off
I have to say though, I feel that I understand his position. His father was probably just like him, he resented his title enough that he wanted to give it up the moment that he could, which created resentment of the title for the child. Richard has also gone down this path due to his father, and if he becomes emperor, he is likely to treat his child this way as well.

I dont want a backstory when we know mc and the friend wont end up together
