I'm pretty sure it's still on an indefinite hiatus but at the end of the last chapter here, they have a flier with rood on it as the black magician lol they share the same artist/author so it was just a lil easter egg
I hunted down the authors naver post but they mentioned they were going to relaunch it (redraw, not sure if any plot points were going to change) and it would be Jan 28 for the first release on Naver (u can try google searching 블랙 헤이즈 which is black haze in Korean and google translate the news articles). It might be a while before any English translations come out but any news is good news
