It is Seno. He has been in love with Natsuka before they were fuckbuddies, in school. Natsuka didn't remember him when they meet again. Seno witnessed Natsuka and Hakushima talking about the book, that's why he has the same one and that's how he knew what to say to Natsuka to convince him... and like he said Natsuka wanted to believe he finally had Hakushima even though there were several hints that he was not Hakushima --- all the times Natsuka thought that something was unexpected or didn't match what he knew from the other man. The 'soul' wish is actually from Seno wishing Natsuka to love his personality, not his body or the idea that he is Hakushima.

Well, I'm guessing the endgame is Seno and the story is about moving on from an unrequited love/crush/infatuation with someone he idolized to a real love with someone that was by his side the whole time but he never really 'saw' it. People don't switch from one minute to the other or may even know right away so after this revelation Natsuka will need to figure out if his heart still wants the Hakushima he was in love at a distance for 4 years or if he wants the 'Hakushima' that he got to know in the past months and that was really Seno in body and personality ( meaning this time they spent together made him fall in love with Seno ).
Now, I may be wrong and the endgame be Hakushima but in this case I hope Seno finds someone who loves him for whom he is.
