Bitch, please. There are a few aspects that are preventing me from adoring this couple. The duke's past behavior. If it wasn't so abusive, then I would have supported them 11/10. I know a shit ton of people are going to think, "Just forgive and forget. It's all in the past, and look! They look pretty fucking happy." Shaddup. It's astounding how almost everyone is forgiving him... Imagine if you were getting abused by someone who looks like your fucking grandfather and then a second later he confesses his lOvE to you. AND GARNET EXCEPTED THAT SHIT. I know that the shit duke isn't thAt old, but still. I keep unintentionally thinking that he's in his 70s and Garnet is in his 20s. Maybe it's just how I feel, but I'm expressing about it anyway. I already had a rant about this before, but apparently my irritation with these two morons was overwhelming, so I had to get it off my chest again. At this point, the only reason I'm reading this is because I find the main couple somewhat cute.
