They all have likeable traits but are just too much just enough to be genuinely a problem. Like there's a lack of consent from him that winds up feeling like they're projecting their feelings and hoping to find a mirror.
I want to like them but at their core they're just TOO excessive
Tomo maybe, if we forget she is shitty friend, but Asahi? She was obnoxious from the start, rude to everyone except ml and her friend.
While Tomo did the shittiest thing in this story, when you look at the full picture she is likeable if it comes down to how she acts and interacts with ppl, but Asahi is not, and tbh I don't find her likeable at all.
Especially since in last chapter she proved she is very self centered, and doesn't care about other ppl's feelings.
She does whatever she wants to whoever she wants.

Im sorta tried of the constant conflict with no real progress. It is BAD when the protagonist is taking a back seat in his own story to this degree. It really feels like he has no importance whatsoever. The one lady is getting more screen time and progress than the MC and it's starting to bother me A LOT
