Okay! To the people that are as pretty confused as I was! This is the third book of a series called "Monarch". I really don't know if the firsy two books are translated but oh well.
I think the first book is about how Eiji Konishi became Hikaru's caretaker. Second book is a continuation of the first book and this is the third book, a story about Yoshino
