Guys, do you know if this manga was dropped? Like, has been years since the last update.

It hasn't been dropped. It's technically finished but the author is thinking of making new chapter if people like the story. It was originally just an extra that they where writing for fun, but if people like it, it may be continued.
On everyones behalf I'd like to say we LIKE it. Everyone is itching for another chapter because of that cliffhanger of an ending.
