1. We don't see a timeline of them becoming a couple.
2. Barely any scene of them alone without the two of them being constantly together for a long period of time.
(I.E. Hanging out with friends, work, thinking about things)
3. No serious arguments or even a breakup.
4. To finally top it off: RUSHED. If it hadn't been rushed and got a longer set timeline from them coming across each other, trying to find one another to becoming a couple, a lot of the plot wouldn't be missing.
I wish I could think of more reasons, but these are the ones that bothered me a lot more that felt like were missing compared to others i've read (Pearl Boy, Jinx, Love So Pure, etc)
