The raw emotions and the realism is why the rating is so high it’s realistic because it displays real relationship problems it’s not like other
Bl where the seme or uke do something atrocious to each other and then forgive each other with the power of love … it’s not an immediate happy ending they still have issues to work through which most people like about the story ..plenty of other bl are toxic but nobody complains bc they forgive each other which is just not realistic
