It was during the early parts of shuri’s marriage, she receives love like letters from anonymous which she hides cause she thought she’d be in trouble. These letter were found hidden by Johanna’s and he abused her for it.
The letters were most likely a set up. Now they’re being used as evidence of her being “unfaithful” which she was not.

I barely remember the letters, I think that’s because we didn’t find out the person. Tbh before they got along I wouldn’t put it past the kids to do that to try and get her to run away to a supposed admirer
Wait so she ran away because he beat her and not because she saw someone else doing something crazy? This chapter confused me I can’t tell if she ran because they tried or did SA her or she ran because she had been beaten ( also I haven’t been reading so I’m really just reading the new chapters so I have missed a lot of context and may be seeing this wrong) cause in previous chapters (in the beginning) from her memory she made it seem like her husband was a good man and now I’m confused
