OK here's how it is.
Tess likes Arthur VERY MUCH.
Art is fond of Tess however not so much in a romantic way YET. He will like her however even after that he keeps his distance and the story doesn't dig too deep in relationship stuffs.
Relating to the general plot tho - its not even close to finished and there is SO SO SO much that is still gonna happen even after this school arc.
I REALLY recommend reading the novel.
