Did this just have a time skip without them clearing up the misunderstanding on Crystals side? If so, I feel like this is so unfair and deceptive to Crystal.

I just know this is going to hurt him a lot in the future when they finally clear things out. I also think it would also be so much healthier for him and lift a lot of stress about hiding his identity. The sooner the better and putting it off is just cruel to him.

I was worried that Ido would just bulldoze over Sejins feelings saying something like “they’re horrible people just get over it.”- like most of the earlier comments were saying but I’m glad he isn’t.

Sejin is in a precarious position where he knows one thing about his family (that they’re horrible) but his emotions are still hurting him. He obviously loves them and can’t give them up without being conflicted. Which is why I appreciate how Ido is at least to some extent acknowledging it. I still feel like he could be a little softer about it but that’s just me wanting Sejin to have hugs. I feel like Sejin will crumble any second;-; like there’s only a threat holding him to sanity.

Can't help but understand Sejin. Yes it's his father against everyone and they are all correct, he needs to face consequences. But Sejin, he can't help but worry and side with him, after all, he's that one person who took him from the streets and made it possible for him to live upto present day. Everyone is telling Sejin to cut ties to the only 'family' and identity he has. Bruh, that's just hard.

I was hoping there’d be SO SORT of character development but nah, nothing.

The ML is such an asshole. He almost r*ped MC twice, TWICE and than acting like not doing it was a kind act on his part. “I’m so patient to put up with MC”- ML. WTH?! Even if MC does like ML, MC CLEARLY SAID NO, STOP, PLEASE, let’s talk this out. And he kept pushing it. Not to mention knowing MC likes him, not telling MC he likes him back and DATING SO MANY GIRLS! Than he wonders why MC hasn’t confessed? He acts like MC is a possession rather than a person. It makes me absolutely sick.

The way I’ve been waiting for a second ML all this time because I can’t with this ML. The first blonde dude seemed 100x better!

I understand where everyone is coming from calling MC dumb but please understand that he’s literally been manipulated into it. He’s in a constant state of unease and stress and doesn’t have the time to actually think it through rationally. Not to mention that he grew up in an abusive environment that taught him it’s better to suck it up and be quiet than speak up. His only pillars of hope he had all suddenly turned on him and the places he would usually go to get some sort of consolation has been destroyed. He has no where to go or to rely on. Plus, it’s not like he’s NOT trying to get out of this situation either. He’s weighing all his options and money is obviously a HUGE constant. People can’t just get up and leave just like that.

Idk if you’ve ever been in a situation anywhere close to what he is but I have (to a small extent in comparison) and the way your mind works in these types of situations are completely different. You’re stuck, you can’t move, you feel like you’re frozen and the only way to get out of that state is to silently agree. It’s fucking terrifying. I consider myself VERY confident and outspoken but in this situation I was frozen. I can’t explain it to the degree I’m trying to stress-it’s just bad and can’t be easily rationalized.

ML is such a breathe of fresh air from the average MLs of any romance. I can’t even think of a greener flag at this point. He’s literally SO patient and kind. He tries his best to understand her and not sweep her worries or traumas under the rug. Moreover, he communicates SOOO well and doesn’t let go of the little things. Omg I adore him smmmmm!

I understand where she comes from but personally I don’t think I’d have the patience for her. It just shows how much of a good guy he is. I hope happiness for them both asap

I’m not trying to hate because I genuinely like this story but there are a few things that annoy me.

FL annoys me because she has such a silly mindset “I don’t want to worry Luke” but then literally goes into enemy territory of her OWN choice. Girl set up her own kidnapping. LIKE GIRL YOU GOT POISONED-what makes you think you’ll be safe?

Also, on a side note, why would they hold balls and teas parties during an epidemic? Y'all just spreading it more and celebrating during this horrible time.

Moreover, although I like the ML he is giving red flag with doing that second dance and covering it up with “I’ll dance with you the second time the next ball.” Like okay but you didn’t answer why you did it in the first place? That’s like a girl catching her BF going out to eat somewhere with another girl and he tells her that he’ll take her to the same place next time. DIDNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM?

This is breaking my heart. Ethan has literally done so much for her. Instead of becoming the next emperor with all the power in the world after she died, he chose to go back in time. He dedicated his life to her before and now again in this life. He suffered the abuse of his childhood again a for her. He found the light stone for her. He literally tired his best to understand her and bring her happiness. He shows so much pain on his face whenever she’s sad.

The fact that she’s doubting his love for her after everything he has done is insane.
