The MC got upset firstly because of the comment that one of the models said at the party (they used to have a relationship with ML in the past and they touched the MC without consent), after that I think the ML said to the MC that he wouldn't be anywhere if it weren't for him and that they both used each other but for different reasons.
Now the ML said that the models were joking and to not take them seriously but throughout the story there's constant remarks of the ML being a fuck boy or sleeping around with people so I think so (〜￣△￣)〜
