It's pretty late into the chapters and I'm not sure if anyone else had mentioned this theory before, but it seems to me that since the fate of Raeliana has changed, the main antagonist of the story has also been switched, and I believe it is Beatrice. I also think she is responsible for providing the exploding jewel to Vivian for Raeliana. Since the storyline of the original novel has changed, I'm sure Raeliana would not think it was Beatrice's doing. That's just my guess.
P.S In the chpt when Justin Shamal was first introduced and was asked to visit his sister, there was a sort of argument between Vivian and Beatrice, and I think its regarding the explosion that was supposed to assassinate Raeliana.

Well, I’m sure Bea would not know anything about Rae as this is not the ‘real’ Rae. Unless, and this is another speculation of mine, that since the original Rae’s soul was replaced by our current protagonist, the og Rae would be in someone else’s body? Thats just my guess.

Based on real plot, Bea actually investigating about Rae's death.since Rae still alive, the plot can't proceed like it should be like Bea meeting with ml and so on(so that's why i think Bea know the real plot n want to kill Rea to make sure she can be in the picture or mybe there's something that much more complicated)

I'm thinking that maybe she was never a good person in the first place. The first fiance was hired by a guy who was also hired. Her entrance causing Beatrice to go evil makes no sense. I think Beatrice was bad from the start. Just who's POV was the novel told in? There must be more going on, but I definitely don't trust Beatrice.
Good point, I'm very excited on what this story entails. But if the OG beatrice in the OG novel is bad, quite odd to have her as the 'evil' protagonist in a supposed 'typical' romance novel. Hopefully it's a good ending!

I know it's late, but I just read this manhwa and thought the possibility of bea is not a good person too! I mean, how rae's death could lead bea to found the emperor seal and meet the male lead in the novel? Brook and another someone who was hired to kill rae doesn't seem to have any connection to the emperor, unless the one who hired them is someone connected to the emperor so they knew about the seal which will lead bea to find the seal later. But then again why must it has to be rae whos dead? From the story, I get that She's just a dauther of a successful (oil?) merchant... I dunno the full story of the novel in the story! and I haven't read on discord so I dunno how far the story already goes (￣∇￣")
