I kept seeing how people hate Shizuma. Again they all have their POV, Faults and misunderstandings.

Shizuma - he admittedly is slow when to get the hint and unless straightforwardly told, he'd know but still clueless of whatever is in their partner's mind caude he's not a mind-reader. And after his break up with Yuka, he developed a relationship trauma and self-guilt. That's why he's restless on pleasing Minato, asking for other's opinions and even making efforts to apologize. Shizuma being careless and oblivious and not setting boundaries with his boss. His faith and love towards Minato is so damn high that he can't notice how he's hurting his partner.
Minato bottling it up instead of voicing his fears and instead explode to Shizuma, making stupid decisions out of anger and jealousy. And tbh it's a trauma response because of his parents' bad behaviour and decisions.
