Why the heck doesn't she hear him out he's so misunderstood to the point it hurts, I get he "treated her bad," but he had a bad life. His mom consistently tried poisoning and killing him, and I think at the time he thought affection was a different form of threat and/or it was a way to get close to him and take the title. Alice and Aaron also have a bad influence on Rose, they also misunderstand him, I get that he tried cursing Aaron, and tried killing Alice and Aaron, but still they also could try to understand him and learn more.
