And all the characters confuse me; as in the author has left huge plot holes that’s why I’m not understanding any of the characters agenda

Omae no Koi wa Ore no Mono -- Similar premise to Love Shuttle, but much shorter.
2ban-me no Alpha -- Nice uncensored smut w/characters that aren't stereotypes.
Obaka na Omega wo Haramasetai -- Lighthearted smut, although somewhat trite.
There's No Way This Is Fate -- Omegaverse w/3P
Pendulum: Kemonobito Omegaverse -- Omegaverse w/furries as alphas. Not my cuppa, but many people love this one.
EGOISM -- I thought the writing in this one was thoughtful and nuanced. The rating indicates some people didn't like it as much. The art isn't amazing.
People recommended great things but there are 2 that I would like to add: Kiraide Isasete (Its short but truly beautiful and worth reading) and Pheromone shower (it has some action but also really well written)
