Not really, a lot of them are scrapped from other sites by bots (mangad*x, b*to, myre*dingmanga, etc.). With the new uploader name system though, I'm not sure if they are including uploader names with those.
Just checked, all bot uploads don't have uploader names. Non-bot uploads have the uploader's name or 'Anonymous' if they decided to uploaded as anon.
