Yeah that happened to me in the beginning too, came across some gross shit, wasn't used to it, and ended up shaking for hours followed by a week of bad anxiety (which is saying something, considering i already have high anxiety). Read smthn sweet to get it out of your system, and try to avoid it in the future.
