Cain escapes through the door but Satan’s demons keep finding him. They want to destroy him and/or his door while his power is depleting while he’s away from Hell/in the mortal world. Since Cain is like Top Tier Demon Zaddy, killing him means Satan can rule all of Hell. Now, what happened with Sid is that in what Chapter 40? He has a conversation with Satan that was completely unintelligible to me but I figured out that Satan —- *EDIT* told Sid he would “accept him” if he killed Cain or forced Cain to give up his territory. There we go. Lol.
