I think it's because he is now legally recognized as Masaki so they still need to act as siblings buuuutttt it doesn't explain why she really, completely and genuinely regard him as her brother now (even when they are doing the deed). But even then, her inital perception of her biological brother is already near-incestuous imo.

It was so cute and I was on the verge of tears. I love Sae and it wouldn’t be peach girl without her. I love how in the first chapter Momo’s friend said she wasn’t going to invite Sae because she would wear white, then on Kairi and Momo’s wedding she wore white. That’s actually so funny and if she didn’t wear white it just wouldn’t be Sae. I got really frustrated with all the characters but I had to learn to not take it to seriously. I really love Al of them. Sad we didn’t get to see Momo and Kairi’s babies though. Love this
